This year I have vowed, among other things, to spend more time
in my art studio and paint. Having run a business for so many years (about 9
to be exact), sometimes the daily work load takes me away from other
passions. My other resolution is to be more active, make better choices about
the foods I eat and shed off unneeded weight. It's good to know that my new
favorite tea, Monkey King – Jasmine Green, can assist with my mission.

I have been a tea drinker for about ten years. I've tried
all kinds of green tea, but today I prepared a cup of Numi Temple of Heaven
