Wildfire

We make this wildly flavorful hot sauce from New Mexico cayenne peppers, which we puree, salt and age to intensify and deepen their flavor. We blend in fresh garlic and horseradish for an added dimension of flavor and spice.

Serving suggestions:

Add to sauces, marinades, dressings, or wherever you want a big-flavored hit of heat. Add to meatloaf or shrimp cocktail. Use as a tabletop condiment to season sandwiches, steaks, chops, fish, burgers, eggs or fresh vegetables.
