Smokin' Chipotle Potato Soup
When you walk into our little deli in Albuquerque, chances are you're going to find something you've never seen before. Chances are, questions like Hmmm, what kind of yo-yo would defile the great potato with chipotle? or, Chipotle? Isn't that the capitol of Turkmenistan? Truth is, we get so busy with our creations we don't have time to ask such questions. That's what leads to such odd, yet delicious combinations such as the one you're holding in your hands right now. Go ahead, cook it, taste it, love it, date it, marry it, whatever. Just don't question it. Enjoy. No additives or preservatives.
