Miss Meringue's Peppermint Crush Hot Chocolate

In a saucepan, combine the chocolate and milk, add the mint leaves and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Pour into 2 mugs, garnish with whipped cream and Peppermint Crush Meringue Cookies. Serve immediately and enjoy!
