Preparation

Hot:

First, moisten the tea bag with cool water. Steep in hot (never boiling) water for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bag and enjoy.

Iced:

Tulsi requires hot water to release its beneficial properties and flavor. Make hot tea at double strength and add ice.
