Our Fair Trade Certified™ rooibos is hand-harvested by an indigenous cooperative of Khoi-San farmers in South Africa's Cedarburg Mountains. A portion of the sale of this tea goes directly to community development initiatives such as schools, health facilities, and job creation. We are honored to have the opportunity to offer it to you.

Preparation

Hot:

Steep a tea bag for 10+ minutes in boiling water. Add your favorite milk and/or sweetner.

Iced:

Make a sun tea by setting a large glass jar of water with tea bags on a sunny windowsill for several hours. Add ice and a twist of fresh orange to make a delicious and hydrating summer beverage.

More Options:

Brew a caffeine-free rooibos chai by adding cardamom and a slice of fresh ginger. Add coconut milk, agave, and ice to make an herbal Thai iced tea. Rooibos is yumy with milk and honey, or pour maple syrup into a thermos of rooibos for your next winter trip to the snow.
