Preparation

Hot:

First, moisten the herb with cool water. Steep in hot water (never boiling) water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Iced:

Steep directly in cold water for 10+ minutes. Strain, then add ice, citrus and/or a sweetener.

More Options

Use a French press, coffee maker, tea ball, strainer or espresso machine. Blend with herbs for added flavors and health benefits. Sip traditional-style with a bombilla (tea filter-straw).
