For a fast lunch at work or dinner at home, this noodle bowl is easy to store in your desk or pantry. If you have a little extra time, you can add a few fresh (or frozen) vegetables and tofu or meat for a wholesome, convenient meal. This meal comes to you in a biodegradable bowl that decomposes in the soil with no harm to the earth. It's better for the planet and one small way we can care for our environment together.
Ingredients Noodles: wheat flour, water, tapioca starch, wheat gluten, lactic acid, salt, beta carotene. Sauce: brown sugar, water, tamarind, naturally brewed soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt), fish sauce (anchovy, salt, water), onion and shallot puree (onion, shallot, canola oil, citric acid), canola oil, tomato paste, salt, rice vinegar, garlic, corn starch, lime juice concentrate, spices, onion powder.
