Ingredients Noodles: organic wheat flour, seat salt, mineral salt, water. Organic Peanut Sesame Sauce: organic peanut butter, organic evaporated cane juice, organic soy sauce (water, organic soybean, organic wheat, salt, organic alcohol), organic red wine, organic red jalapeno peppers puree (organic red jalapeno peppers, vinegar), organic sesame seeds, organic lemon juice, organic ginger, cultured whey, organic garlic, sea salt, cultured dextrose.
