Mediterranean Seasoning
Victoria Taylor's Mediterranean Seasoning is a strong and versatile blend dominated by oregano and garlic. Because of it's herb and garlic character, it's a natural fit for focaccia, stuffed peppers and potato dishes. It also adds excellent flavor to a Classic Osso Buco and a Mediterranean Baked Sole. Easy Focaccia Use one bag of prepared pizza dough from the grocery store (16 oz.). Preheat oven to 500°. Spray pizza pan or cookie sheet lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Pull and stretch the dough into a 10" circle on the pan. Brush dough with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp. Victoria Taylor's Mediterranean Seasoning and 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until medium brown.
