Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning
Victoria Taylor's Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning is perfect for stir fry recipes and flavorful crusts on tuna and salmon steaks. It gets its flavor from two varieties of toasted sesame seeds, ginger, garlic and a hint of red pepper. Sesame Ginger Crushed Tuna Steaks Choose 6-8 oz. tuna steaks for each person. Use about 1 Tbsp. Sesame Ginger Seasoning for each steak. Press the seasoning on all sides of the tuna steaks to coat them well. Use a small amount of sesame or peanut oil (1-2 Tbsp) in a hot skillet to cook the steaks on all sides. For medium-rare steaks, limit the cooking time to less than 6 minutes total.
