The classic pasta, spaghetti is best with light tomato or cream sauces.
Cooking Directions:
Bring 4 quarts of water and 2 tsp. salt to a rapid boil. Add 2 tsp. Napa Valley Naturals Olive Oil and pasta to boiling water. Stir lightly until water returns to a boil. Cook three minutes, or until pasta is flexible, but slightly firm. Be careful not to overcook!
Pasta Tips:
After the pasta is ready, drain it in a colander, but don't rinse it unless you are using it in a pasta salad or casserole.
Reserve a small amount of the flavorful pasta water in case the pasta becomes too dry and needs to be moistened.
