1 red bell pepper: grilled, skinned and thinly sliced
1 grilled red onion, sliced thin
1/2 cup fresh basil, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice 8 oz grilled salmon

Pre-cook noodles al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside. 1. Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl; add noodles and toss lightly with lemon juice. 2. Place grilled salmon on top of salad mix on serving plate. 3. Drizzle black bean sauce from packet over salmon and salad and serve.
