Baby Back Ribs with Tangerine Maple Barbecue Sauce
Baby Back Ribs:
2 racks baby back ribs4 tablespoons cajun seasoning1 cup apple cider vinegarTangerine Maple Barbecue Sauce:
1 cup Heaven and Earth Sweet Sour Tangerine Sauce1 cup maple syrup1/4 cup apple vinegar1/4 cup prepared horseradish1 tablespoon ancho powder2 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Dragon Fire Sauce
For baby back ribs, preheat grill. Liberally dust ribs with cajun seasoning. Place ribs about 6" from medium to low heat. Cook for 5 minutes, turn over, brush with vinegar and repeat every 5 minutes for the next 30 minutes. Brush Tangerine Maple Barbecue Sauce on ribs, cook for another 5 minutes, turn over, brush with sauce and cook for 5 more minutes, then turn over and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Serve immediately with extra sauce.
For the Tangerine Maple Barbecue Sauce, in a saucepan, combine Heaven and Earth Tangerine Sauce, maple syrup, apple vinegar and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Stirring every 30 seconds. Add ancho powder and cook over low heat until mixture thickens, another 5 minutes.
