Victoria Gourmet Debuts New Products at 2008 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York
Woburn, Mass., June 30, 2008 - Victoria Gourmet president Victoria Taylor today announced the company will introduce two new all-natural products at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York at the Javits Center, June 29 - July 1, 2008, Booth #4921.

Victoria Taylor'sŪ 7 Seed Crust: This is a truly unique item. Victoria has combined 7 different seeds with onion, garlic, spices, and black pepper to create a blend with a satisfying crunchy texture and a great depth of flavor. The blend includes seven different seeds: sesame seeds, caraway seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, flax seeds, quinoa seeds, and poppy seeds. "It's all about the seeds," says Taylor, "when I combined the different nutty flavors of poppy, flax, quinoa and sesame with the more pungent caraway and fennel plus the spicy and sweet notes from coriander, the result was very satisfying." Recipes for this unique blend include flatbread, crackers, pork, chicken, and steak. |

Victoria Taylor'sŪ Ginger Citrus Seasoning: The new Ginger Citrus Seasoning combines two of Victoria's favorite ingredients to deliver the big flavor impact that Victoria Gourmet is known for. The blend includes aromatic oils from sesame, orange and lemon and a sweet hint from demerara brown sugar. Victoria recommends this blend for fish, shrimp, and chicken. |
