Schokinag (pronounced "show-ca-nog") remains one of only a small handful of privately held, family-owned chocolate companies. Since 1923 we have been dedicated to producing the highest quality chocolate, especially for artisan chocolatiers.

We owe our steady growth largely to the "word-of-mouth" support of skilled bakers, pastry chefs, and chocolatiers who have discovered the extraordinary flavor, consistency, and ease of use of our chocolate. We are the second largest supplier of pure chocolate to the trade in Europe, the United States, and Canada, and our products are now available in 60 markets around the world.
