About Schokinag ChocolateAt Schokinag, we have over 80 years of expertise in producing some of the finest chocolate the world has to offer. We work exclusively with the finest cocoa beans, imported mainly from West Africa. We roast and blend the beans in-house at our factory in Southern Germany. Then we carefully process them into the distinctive flavors of cocoa liquor and cocoa butter to produce cocoa powder, pure chocolate couverture, and specialty products known for their extraordinary quality, flavor, consistency, and ease of use. Our state-of-the-art processing equipment and environmentally sound facility, coupled with old-world chocolate-making "know-how," have earned us the reputation as one of the top chocolate producers in the world. Until recently, our high quality chocolate products were available only to artisan chocolatiers in industry and food service. Now, for the first time, we are offering a line of specially blended chocolate bars, baking chunks, cocoa powder, and drinking chocolate to satisfy the needs of at-home gourmet bakers - available directly from our Home Chef Store and to retailers. |
