Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use FedEx or USPS depending on the best available service to a specific address.

You will receive FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over $75. Alaska, Hawaii, Express Delivery, Overnight Delivery, and Warm Weather Shipping surcharges still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Warm Weather Shipping

PLEASE NOTE: During warm weather months (June, July, August, September) or when transit or destination temperatures are over 74 degrees F, we will ship orders containing our chocolate products via Express Delivery (unless Overnight Delivery is specified) with cold packs to protect these products from the heat. We will apply a $12.00 surcharge to those orders that are upgraded to Express Delivery AFTER your order is placed. Additionally, we will only ship these items on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your item will not be in transit over a weekend. We will contact you prior to shipping those orders that require upgrading to Express Delivery.

Orders without chocolate products may ship with our normal shipping policies.

Product Availability

We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the shipping time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for packing + 3-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (4-9 Business Days Total)

Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska and Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Express Delivery (2-4 Business Days Total)

Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after being ordered. Signature is required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Overnight Delivery (1-2 Business Days Total)

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature is required for delivery. Overnight Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $7.00. Due to the considerable expense, Express Delivery and Overnight Delivery are NOT available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option. Please call or e-mail for the status and charges for your specific location. (info@worldpantry.com)

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your WorldPantry.com orders. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the UPS tracking number of your shipment.
