Order Minimums

The minimum opening order amount is $50.
The minimum reorder amount is $50.
Mixed or split cases are not allowed.
Backorders are not allowed.

Terms

For all orders, payment must be made by credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or DISCOVER).

Promotions

Consumer coupons, discounts and/or other promotions cannot be applied to wholesale orders.

Shipping

Freight and handling are F.O.B. San Francisco, CA. Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within three days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for two weeks.

Returns/Restocking Fee

Approval is required for all returns. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to any orders refused or returned without prior authorization.
