At Numi, our tea is a creative muse that fuels the company's innovative visions as it
inspires each member of the Numi Tea'm. Numi is continuously carving its own unique path in
the tea world by pioneering distinctive blends, introducing exotic herbs, and evolving the
ways that people sip tea.

THE NUMI TEA'M
At Numi, the creative minds of our Tea'm of dedicated employees are even more
impressive than the bedazzling spectacle of Dragon Lily unfurling in water.
Like a Chai stall in India or a Tea house in China, our Oakland headquarters is
a hub overflowing with fresh ideas, music, poetry, laughter, and art. To capture
the artistic spirit evoked by our muse, Numi holds creative workshops for all
employees and friends.
Each tea blend is decided upon through collaborative in-house "cuppings", where
the entire Numi Tea'm gathers to sip new flavors, discuss the nuances and subtleties of
blends and learn more about tea. "Cuppings" are the Numi way to ensure the consistency of
quality and flavor that has set the Numi platform for excellence.
The Numi Tea'm collaborates on the poetic ruminations on each tea bag and the random
acts of kindness on our new bottle caps. We welcome you to share your creativity with us:
poetry, recipes, photos and creative projects. Numi is an organization that celebrates

Each quarter, the entire Numi Tea'm recognizes an employee who demonstrates
consistent excellence in their work, exhibiting tea'm work, professionalism, pride and
ownership, a positive and solutions-oriented attitude, is productive and efficient,
meets deadlines, goes above and beyond their job duties, and goes out of their way to
help others.
