Changing Your Password
Your Account is the place to
go to update anything about your account. You'll be able to change
your password, edit billing information, or change any of the
shipping information you've stored as part of your profile.
Be sure when selecting a password to choose a password that's easy to
remember but hard to guess. Your password can be up to 16 characters long
and can include letters, numbers, and the symbols / . - _ @. You can also
select a hint that we'll display if you forget your password. For your
security, don't write down your password or give it to anyone; no one from
WorldPantry.com or our partners will ever ask for your password.
Signing In
Whenever you perform an operation on our site which requires that we
get personal information about you, such as ordering a product or changing
your billing address, we ask you to Sign In. You can also sign in at
any time by clicking Sign In from the left side of your screen.
Once you sign in, look for the security icon (a lock or key on the bottom bar
of your browser). It's your sign that your personal information is being
transmited securely.
In order to prevent unauthorized access to your account, we will lock
your account if you fail to sign in after 8 attempts within a 24 hour period.
After the 8th attempt, we'll send you a message at the e-mail address specified
for your account informing you of suspicious activity on your account, and
no one will be able to sign in using that user ID for 24 hours. Please
