Teas come from a single plant, the Camellia sinensis. From this one seed, grows
over 3,000 types of tea. Tea is cultivated in Southeast Asia: China, Taiwan,
Vietnam, Japan, India, and Sri Lanka. Tea leaves are picked as the top two
leaves and bud of the tea plant which then undergo oxidation and processing to
yield 4 main classes: White, Green, Oolong and Black.
