Guarantee - Rice

We're confident that you'll be delighted with your Lotus Foods rice. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your rice purchase, for any reason, let us know. We will promptly replace the item or give you a refund.

Guarantee - Rice Cooker

Our rice cooker is covered by a separate Lotus Foods guarantee:

"The original purchase of this appliance is fully protected against defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of one year. All repairs will be made without charge, provided this model appliance is delivered to the Lotus Foods address prepaid. Return shipping will be free of charge within the contiguous United States. This is in lieu of all other guarantees expressed or implied by any persons in any way connected with the sales, distribution or manufacture of said model appliance. This guarantee will not apply to any part of this machine which has been subjected to any accident, abuse or misuse. This guarantee is void if appliance is used commercially. Returns - Rice

  • If possible, please return items as soon as possible.
  • Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip.
  • If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the following address:

  • For your protection, please use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
  • A credit for the price of the item and applicable taxes will be applied to your credit card. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless a result of an error by Lotus Foods or WorldPantry.com.

Exchanges

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
