Spiced Orange Pekoe
Add 1 tea bag of ORIGINAL™ to the tea pot along with the
other tea bags. For added flavor, steep 3 tea bags in
2 cups of water for 4 minutes; remove tea bags and freeze
in an ice cube tray. Use these tea cubes to spice up other drinks.

Morning Refresher
Steep 4 tea bags of ORIGINAL™ in 4 cups boiling water for 4 minutes. Mix 1 12oz. can of frozen orange juice concentrate and 1 12oz. can of frozen apple juice concentrate in a large container; mix with 2 cups of tea, 2 cups of sparkling mineral water and 4 cups of cold water.

Good Night Apple™
Steep 3 GOOD NIGHT™ tea bags in 2 cups boiling water for 3 minutes. Remove tea bags. Mix tea with 16oz. of apple juice and 8oz. sparkling water.

Apple Mint™
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 PEPPERMINT tea bags, brew for 3 minutes, then remove tea bags. Blend with 3 cups Apple juice, 1 cup Apricot, Papaya, or Mango juice, and 2 cups sparkling water. Serve over ice. Serves 6-10.

Lemon Punch
Pour 1 cup boiling water over 4 tea bags of LEMON, steep for 10 minutes, remove tea bags. Let cool. Mix tea, 3 cups orange juice, 1 cup cranberry juice, 4 cups of lemonlime soda and 12oz. of Mango, Papaya or Apricot nectar. Chill, pour over ice, and enjoy! Makes 3 quarts.

Chamomile Apple Tea
Brew in 3 cups boiling water 2 bags CHAMOMILE tea, 2 bags APPLE & SPICE tea and 1 whole apple, sliced. Remove tea bags and apple, add 12oz. sparkling mineral water, pour over ice, and add a slice of lemon.

Cool Delights´™ Ice Pops
Pour 1 cup boling water over 3 APPLE & SPICE tea bags, let steep for 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add tea to 36oz. Apple juice or Apple cider. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze. Good as is or put in glass and pour your favorite drink over the Cool Delights. Makes 48 cubes.

Tea Marinated Chicken
Steep 5 tea bags ORANGE SPICE tea in 3 cups boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 1 tsp. honey. Soak chicken (or duck, as is traditional in China) in this tea for 30 minutes, occasionally basting upper side of chicken. Place chicken in deep pan, pour in tea, bake or roast chicken at 375° until done.

Spiced Orange Chocolate
Make a cup of Orange Spice Tea as directed. Then add 1 heaping tbsp. of instant Hot Cocoa and stir. This is a warm and satisfying drink, especially on cold nights.

Dressing/Dip
Steep 1 Lemon tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 3 minutes. Add 1/2 tsp. honey and, as an option, add 1 tsp. of orange juice concentrate. Use as a fruit salad marinade, or mix with 1 cup unflavored yogurt, 1 cup cream cheese and 2 tsp. honey to make a dip for fruit and crackers.

Iced Mint Julep Cubes
Steep 3 tea bags Peppermint tea in 2 cups boiling water. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze. This is a great addition to regular iced tea and other drinks.

Quick Spiced Cider
Steep 1 tea bag Original in 4 oz. hot water; add to 1 qt. warm apple cider; or steep 1 tea bag in the hot cider for at least 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Mulled Cider
Use 1 tea bag of Apple & Spice tea per 10 oz. of apple juice (or cider), or 2 tea bags per quart of juice. Heat juice to a simmer, add tea bags, let simmer for 15 minutes or to taste. It's great over ice too!

Apple Flower™
As a way to enhance and extend apple juice, steep 5 tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea bags, add 2 cups of cold water. Add this to fresh apple juice or apple juice concentrate, diluted as per label instructions.
