Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use FedEx or USPS
depending on the best available service to a specific address.
Our shipping charges are based on how much it actually costs us
to pack and ship your order to you. The shipping charge is determined
by the cost of the packing material, how much your order weighs, and to
where the order is going. Therefore, we only charge you what it costs us
to get our products to you. We only ship our products via
Standard Delivery unless other noted.

PLEASE NOTE:
During warm weather months (usually June, July, August, September) or
when transit or destination temperatures are over 74 degrees F, we will ship
orders containing our chocolate ingredients via Express Delivery
with cold packs to protect these products from the heat. We will apply a $15.00
surcharge to those orders that are upgraded to Express Delivery AFTER your order
is placed. Additionally, we will only ship these items on Monday, Tuesday or
Wednesday so your item will not be in transit over a weekend. We will contact
you prior to shipping those orders that require upgrading to Express Delivery.
Only the weather sensitive items will be shipped via Express Delivery.
All other products are ship with our normal shipping policies.
We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not
possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive
your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the
estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a
Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, when you select Standard Delivery, the shipping time will be 3-7 business
days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be
1-2 days for packing + 3-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 4-9 business days
from the time you place your order.
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered;
however, please allow up to 9 business days for delivery. Signature is
required for delivery. Standard Delivery is NOT available for
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses,
or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.

Orders will arrive within 2-4 business days after being ordered. Signature is
required for delivery. Express Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii,
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or
for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option.
