About Comida Loca
Comida Loca began inauspiciously enough as a small deli in the
Albuquerque Airport, with a simple family recipe that quickly became known
as "The Soup". It was this Green Chile Chicken Soup
that developed such a ravenous cult following among flight crews and travelers
that flights were routinely held, baggage forsaken and layovers extended.
Today, Comida Loca has grown into a really fun food company that isn't
scared to take chances or try something different. All we do is create
memorable and unique tastes.
We are food explorers who have branded unconventional into our brains with a
tortilla press.
