It's essential that your Attune bars are still "live" when they get to you. Our probiotics are sensitive, so we need to get them to you quickly and with limited exposure to heat. That's why Attune shipments are packaged with thermal wrapping and ice packs to ensure that you receive only high-quality, efficacious product and shipped via the best shipping method for maximum two day travel time.

For customers whose orders are shipping to AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT and WA, you may order with Standard Delivery (order will be received within 2 business days of shipping - see charges below).

For customers whose orders are NOT shipping to AZ, CA, ID, NV, OR, UT or WA, you must choose Express Delivery (additional $12.00 charge to ship - see details below) unless Overnight Delivery is specified.

Additionally, we will only ship these orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend.

Shipping Charges

Orders are usually shipped via UPS, but we also use USPS depending on the best available service to a specific address.

For Standard Delivery (2-6 Business Days):

Product Availability

We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a Standard Delivery package, the total time is calculated as follows:

(1-4 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select Standard Delivery, the shipping time will be 2-6 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-4 days for packing + 1-2 days (shipping time), for a total of 2-6 business days from the time you place your order (remember, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so actual total delivery time will vary depending on the date the order is placed).

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (2-6 Business Days Total - Only available for orders shipping to CA, NV, OR, UT and WA)

Express Delivery (2-6 Business Days Total)

Orders will arrive within 2-6 business days after being ordered. Express Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. And remember, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Overnight Delivery (1-2 Business Days Total)

Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Overnight Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses, or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays. And remember, we only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We currently ship only to the continental United States, and DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your Attune Foods orders. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the UPS tracking number of your shipment. You can track the status of your shipment from the section of this website. Or, you can phone UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS.
