Baked Fish with Soy Ginger Sauce

  • 1 lb. salmon, swordfish, sea bass or your favorite fish
  • ½ cup Annie Chun’s Soy Ginger Sauce
  • ¼ cup fresh chopped scallions (green onions)
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Rinse and dry fish; place fish in a baking dish and top with sauce and scallions. Cover and bake for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with rice.
