Baked Fish with Soy Ginger Sauce

1 lb. salmon, swordfish, sea bass or your favorite fish½ cup Annie Chun’s Soy Ginger Sauce¼ cup fresh chopped scallions (green onions)2 lemon wedges
Preheat oven to 450°F. Rinse and dry fish; place fish in a baking dish and top with sauce and scallions. Cover and bake for about 10 minutes or until fish is cooked. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with rice.
