1 ½ - 2 lbs. short ribs, cut with bone in about ½ inch thick
1 cup Annie Chun’s Korean BBQ Sauce
1 large head butter lettuce
2-3 packages Annie Chun’s Rice Express
chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Marinate ribs for at least 30 minutes. Prepare BBQ on medium high heat. Cook ribs to desired doneness. Remove meat from bones. Spoon meat and rice into lettuce leaves. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
