Chow Mein Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce

1 pkg Annie Chun’s Organic Peanut Sesame Noodles & Sauce1 tsp vegetable oil4 oz cooked chicken breast slices (or baked tofu)1 cup pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes2 tbsp raisins1 tbsp cilantro ½ cup cashew nuts½ cup bean sprouts
Cook noodles as directed. Add oil to noodles to keep from sticking then cool completely. Add the sauce package and remaining ingredients to noodles; toss well until evenly coated. Serve salad cold or at room temperature.
