Chow Mein Noodle Salad with Peanut Sauce

  • 1 pkg Annie Chun’s Organic Peanut Sesame Noodles & Sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 oz cooked chicken breast slices (or baked tofu)
  • 1 cup pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • ½ cup bean sprouts
  • Cook noodles as directed. Add oil to noodles to keep from sticking then cool completely. Add the sauce package and remaining ingredients to noodles; toss well until evenly coated. Serve salad cold or at room temperature.
