The secret to a heart-healthy diet... Almonds are healthy!

research reports state that almonds are among the most healthful of
all nuts. Eating whole almonds, as part of a diet low in saturated fat,
can significantly lower the risk of heart disease. The study also
found that the fat content of almonds does not necessarily result
