And with all that real, ripe fruit surrounded by rich, moist cake, they naturally taste better, too. Yet some people choose our fig bars for what we leave out - hydrogenated oil (trans fat), refined white sugar, artificial additives and preservatives (some varieties even leave out the wheat and fat). What we do add is plenty of hand-picked fruits and organic figs, blended just so for maximum flavor and sweetened with real fruit juice. Wrap it all in a perfectly textured dough and the result is a richly satisfying cookie and a whole lot of satisfied customers.
