Light, fluffy, golden pancakes are the stuff of diner dreams. And to make perfect pancakes at home, you need two things: the perfect recipe, and the best, freshest ingredients you can get your hands on. Or, you can get a little help from us.
People have loved our tender, buttery flapjacks since the day we opened. By now, we figure we've probably made more than a quarter million of them, so we've pretty much got it down.
We developed our Pancake and Waffle mixes to match the flavor of our customers' favorites - rich Classic Buttermilk, wholesome Oatmeal and tangy Buckwheat.
Just like the pancakes we serve at the Diner, our mixes are made with freshly milled flours from a local, family-owned mill, along with the best all-natural ingredients. They may take a few more minutes to prepare, but that's what makes them the best.
Keep a few bags in your cupboard, and you'll always be ready for surprise guests, impromptu gift-giving, an emergency dinner, or, best of all, a lazy weekend breakfast with your family and friends.
