Our authentic Balsamic Vinegars (Aceto Balsamico Naturale) are from the Modena District in central Italy. They both have a wonderful, mellow, sweet and sour essence with a delicately balanced, fruity and full-flavored finish. Our Organic Balsamic Vinegar is grown and processed in accordance with the California Organic Foods Act of 1990. Our Balsamic Vinegar is 100% natural and pressed from fresh, handpicked, vine ripened Trebbiano grapes aged five years in a succession of twelve ash, cherry, and mulberry barrels.
