A passion for food, wine and travelling the world has fostered
a career in the culinary arts for Gary Hall. His life's work in
the hospitality field includes leading excursions to South America
for adventure travel, catering director at a castle in Ireland,
training professional wait staffs and consulting on numerous wine
lists. With an entrepreneurial family background (his parents
owned a catering company), it was inevitable that Gary would
want to head his own company.
So after 30 years of eating and drinking the best the world offers,
Gary created tasty flavored vinegars using herbs and peppers grown
in his own garden in Kansas City. Selling these delicious condiments
at the local farmer's market proved that the market was big enough
to quit his full time job and devote himself to learning the sales
and marketing of specialty foods.
During the past seven years, Gary has grown the business from a
one-man show, (producing, bottling, labeling and selling), to an
awarding winning specialty food company with 1200 retail accounts,
20 independent sales agents, two co-packing/manufacturing partners
and a shipping and administrative facility in Durango, Colorado.
The product line has expanded to include fruit salsas,
vegatable chutneys and flavored cooking oils.
