1. Search or browse our website to find the products you're interested in. If you are already familiar with our products, try Express Shopping.



2. To add an item to your shopping cart, click .



3. When you're finished shopping, click on the left side of your screen.



4. You'll be asked to register so you can connect to our secure server.



5. Fill out your checkout information, including your shipping address and credit card information. If you've ordered with us before, most of this information will be pre-filled for you. Then click .



6. We'll display a page that shows all of your order information for your final approval. Review, then click and you're done!

WorldPantry.com will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. An account is automatically created for you once you place your first order so you won't have to enter all the information again when you order next.

Product Availability

We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. Here's how you can determine when you can expect to receive your order:

(2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) =
Total Delivery Time

For example, if you select standard UPS delivery, the UPS shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days for packing and shipping + 3 to 7 days (UPS shipping time), for a total of 5-9 business days from the time you place your order.

Viewing Your Current and Past Orders

If you want to check on the status of your order or need to see information that pertains to a past order, click on Your Account on the left side of your screen. You'll be asked to sign in, if you haven't already done so. From Your Account, click on the Order Info button to see a list of your past orders. Click on any one for a detailed look at your order.
