About Heaven and Earth
As a child, Chef Glenn Chu
enjoyed mangoes, lychee and other exotic fruits picked fresh from trees
his grandmother grew in the backyard. He was also fortunate to have a world
of foods including Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese cuisine in one
location - his native Honolulu. These same influences which inspired Chu
to become a chef were also a primary inspiration for Chu's line of exquisite
bottled sauces - Heaven and Earth.
At Heaven and Earth living in harmony with nature, a Taoist principal,
is a central theme in our sauces. We take advantage of the simple goodness
the earth has to offer by using only the finest natural ingredients. Each
of our seven award winning sauces
contains explosive and unusual flavor combinations that are sure to bring the many
pleasures of preparing food to your kitchen.
Today, not many of us have the time, energy or inclination to cook as
our grandmothers did, but Heaven and Earth brings flavorful and healthy
