Ordering By Phone
If you prefer to order by phone, just give us a call. We will be able
to serve you better if you write down your items, sizes and quantities
beforehand. Then simply call us toll-free at (866) 972-6879.
We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is
not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total
time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you
choose. Here's how you can determine when you can expect to receive your
order:
(2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) =
Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select standard UPS delivery, the UPS shipping time
will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means
your total delivery time will be 2 days for packing and shipping + 3 to
7 days (UPS shipping time), for a total of 5-9 business days from the time
you place your order.

If you want to check on the status of your order or need to see information
that pertains to a past order, click on Your
Account on the left side of your screen. You'll be asked to sign in,
if you haven't already done so. From Your Account, click on the Order Info button
to see a list of your past orders. Click on any one for a detailed look at your
order.
